Field Sales Representative - Construction Materials The Company With over 20 years of experience supplying the Irish construction industry, our client is part of a well-established European group with a strong reputation. As the construction sector in Ireland continues to grow, they are expanding their team and looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover Northern Ireland. The Role This role involves selling a range of construction equipment directly on-site to Main Contractors and specialist sub-contractors in both the commercial and residential sectors across Munster. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth. With a strong brand behind you, this is a great opportunity to develop the market and establish yourself in a growing team. Career progression is available for the right candidate. The Candidate We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong track record in construction sales. You must have experience selling to Main Contractors at site level and be familiar with large residential or commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be driven, target-focused, and confident in developing long-term relationships with contractors and sub-contractors. The Package Basic Salary: £40,000-£50,000 Bonus: £ Pension and Healthcare Company Car Location: Northern Ireland, Ideally Belfast area but other locations within NI will be considered Skills: sales new business account management
