The Role: As a Surveyor, youll be instrumental in delivering precise surveying services across a wide range of projects. From boundary mapping to construction oversight, your expertise will help shape the development of exciting residential and commercial ventures. Youll collaborate with architects, legal teams, planners, and contractors to deliver results that meet both regulatory standards and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and property surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology Map and measure property boundaries and features to support planning, development, and legal processes Create detailed reports, drawings, and legal documentation Evaluate building conditions for acquisitions and developments Ensure construction aligns with approved plans and legal boundaries Advise on land use, development potential, and feasibility Collaborate with local authorities, engineers, and legal teams Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records About You: Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field RICS/MRICS accreditation Proven experience in land or property surveying, ideally across both residential and commercial sectors Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, Total Stations, and GPS systems Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of planning regulations, property law, and building codes Full UK drivers license and flexibility to travel to site locations Whats on Offer: Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses A supportive, innovative, and growing team environment Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing development Flexible working options Involvement in diverse, high-impact real estate projects Contact Nicky Strutt
