The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Connect, Contact flows and Lex/QinConnect, and related AWS services to design, implement, and maintain customer service solutions. Your responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect solutions tailored to client needs Configure and manage contact flows, queues, and routing profiles within Amazon Connect Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, and Polly to enhance service capabilities Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AWS Connect applications Our requirements Proven experience in developing and managing Amazon Connect solutions Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, S3, IAM, and DynamoDB.
