Lease Implementation Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Title : Lease Implementation - Techno-Functional Consultant Location : Pune Experience : - 2-3 years (2-3 positions) - 5-7 years (1 position) Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with business users and technical teams to implement leasing solutions on enterprise systems. - Analyze and understand lease contracts, financial terms, and system configurations to ensure seamless implementation. - Configure, customize, and optimize lease management systems to align with business requirements. - Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and business rules. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to lease implementations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution. - Provide end-user training and support post-implementation. Required Skills : - Strong knowledge of leasing business processes, lease accounting, and lease management systems (e.g., LeaseWave, Oracle Lease Management, SAP Lease Accounting, or any equivalent system). - Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues. - Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience in system configuration and data migration related to lease management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders. Good to Have : - Exposure to lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 / ASC 842. - Experience with ETL tools for data migration in lease implementation projects. - Knowledge of automation/testing tools for validating lease system functionality.
