Tekla Draughtsman

MTrecs new career opportunity Our client are specialists in their market sector, they have an exciting opportunity for a Tekla Draughtsman to join them on a permanent basis. The Job you’ll do Produce detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Tekla Structures. Generate fabrication and assembly drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design issues. Review and check drawings for accuracy and completeness. Maintain project documentation and files. Provide support and technical guidance to junior draughtsmen as needed. About You 3-5 years of experience as a Tekla Draughtsman or similar role. 3-5 years of experience with AutoCAD. Strong background in steel structures. Ability to conduct site surveys. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Dedicated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overtime when required. Valid driving licence. HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in structural engineering or a related field.
