Asset Manager - Housing Association - About The Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint a permanent Asset Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a develop with a team and contribute to the successful management of housing schemes. The role will be paying up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, working 35 hours a week. Asset Manager - Housing Association - About The Role: Develop and deliver investment programmes through the use of data intelligence Play a lead role in the development of maintenance programmes, ensuring that the required standards are achieved and that work is planned to minimise disruption to residents and maximise effectiveness Responsible for inspection and stock condition surveys, ensuring that data is correct To lead on the collection and interpretation of asset data to enable sound investment decision Responsible for budget management, tendering and procurement of services and maintaining strong relationships with contractors Asset Manager - Housing Association - What you need: RICS or CIOB qualification is desirable Experience of working in an Asset Management role at a senior or managerial level Proficient in the use of IT systems
