Building Surveyor

We are working on 2x Building Surveyor roles, within Property and Estates at a Southwest based Local Authority. Location: Southwest England Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days onsite Rate: £375-420/day via umbrella, inside IR35 Duration: Initial 6-month contract Hours: Full-time position Responsibilities include: Undertake asset management survey plans of corporate buildings, including measured surveys, fire, asbestos, condition and –Accessibility surveys, within the department’s planned timescales, programmes and budgets Delivery of the planned maintenance programme, across the property estate Delivery of surveys for asbestos, condition & Accessibility PCC buildings maintained in accordance with the maintenance strategy Deliver the council’s Asset management Plan Must have experience in writing reports, business cases, procurement and engaging with consultants Can be qualified by experience At Venn Group, we endeavour to respond to all applications However due to the volume of applications we receive, if you have not heard from us within 48 hours please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion
