Finance Business Partner

Are you an immediately available accountant who enjoys process improvement/change & transformation? Robert Half are supporting a forward-thinking organisation that is mid-way through a major finance transformation and regional restructure. They're now looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month FTC. This role is perfect for a qualified accountant who enjoys improving financial processes, implementing automation, and partnering with stakeholders to drive better decisions. You'll play a key part in developing consistent, efficient financial reporting and driving continuous improvement across the function. Finance Business Partner (Change & Transformation) Location: Bristol, Cheltenham or Birmingham (hybrid working 2 days in the office) Salary: £65,000 (Maximum) Contract : 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Key responsibilities: Lead process improvement and automation across the finance team Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting cycles Improve consistency and reduce manual processes across a newly regionalised structure Partner with key stakeholders to influence and embed change About you: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Proven experience in business partnering, ideally within housing, development, or construction Strong background in process improvement, reporting, and internal controls Confident using finance systems and tools such as Power BI or D365 Excellent communicator with a collaborative, change-focused mindset This is a high-impact role where you can bring fresh thinking, influence key decisions, and leave a lasting legacy. Hybrid working on offer, with 1-2 days per week in the office.
