Freelance Site Manager

Midlands based construction management contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction management for a new Aldi store, the project is a 20 week programme which will initially involve the strip out of an existing shop unit back to an empty shell for a full refurbishment/fit-out of a new store. Main core of duties and responsibilities will involve the coordination and logistics of material deliveries due to location of project, supervision and management for all appointed subcontractors including Health & Safety, RAMS, site inductions etc. You will also be responsible for holding and chairing all client and subcontractor meetings to ensure deadlines are achieved on programme, also due to the location of project some out of hours working may also be required in order to obtain access for material deliveries CSCS Black Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will a mandatory requirement as without all of these no applications will be considered For further information and details please contact the Birmingham office on / or Rates PAYE £190 per day CIS/Ltd £250-300 per day Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
