Central Support Chef Location: Aylesbury, Slough, Maidenhead area Contract: 42 weeks per year Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week Salary: £35,000 per annum mileage About the role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Central Support Chef to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role supporting the Operations Manager across a portfolio of educational sites between Banbury and Heathrow. Ideal for a flexible, organised chef leader who thrives in a varied and rewarding environment. Central Support Chef Key Responsibilities Support kitchen operations across multiple sites within the designated region Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service Provide hands-on cooking support where needed Assist in training and developing on-site kitchen teams Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations Adapt to various site needs while working independently or as part of a team Central Support Chef Requirements Proven chef management experience (preferably within the education sector) Excellent culinary skills and a strong understanding of kitchen operations Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region If you're ready to take the next step in your culinary career with a company that values balance, growth, and community, we'd love to hear from you AMRT1_UKCT
