Bar Manager - The Swan, Southwold The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bars within the Swan Hotel, ensuring exceptional standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction. This role supporting and developing team members working across the bars, maintaining inventory and developing innovative drinks menus. Main responsibilities of the Bar Manager include: Oversee daily bar and beverage operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Collaborate with the food and beverage team to design creative seasonal drink menus that align with the hotel's and Adnams brand. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience at all times. Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations. Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally . Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new drinks and offerings to attract guests and increase sales. Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and regulations.
