We are seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor for our Manchester-based law firm. Description The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be: Managing a full range of private client cases including wills, probate, and estate planning Trust advice and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on complex estate matters with minimal supervision Maintaining high quality, client-focused service Collaborating effectively within the team and with external professionals Ensuring cases comply with current legal regulations Keeping comprehensive records and documentation Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing clear legal advice Profile The Locum Private Client Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with significant private client experience Familiar with wills, probate, trust advice, and powers of attorney Able to work independently and manage a busy case load Committed to excellence in client service Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 remote) Job Offer This is a long-term contract starting ASAP with a competitive rate of £45-50 per hour, outside IR35.
