Operations Manager

If you have a passion for leadership, safety, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you What you will do: Oversee workshop and stores operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running. Coordinate modular build scheduling, managing projects from order to installation and handover. Manage onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes. Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards across all operations. What you will need: A minimum of 5 years' experience in production management or scheduling. Strong decision-making, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and drive continuous improvement. A full, clean driver's licence. Preference may be given to candidates with joinery or construction experience.
