Senior Contracts Manager

Client Information PSR Solutions is recruiting for our client who are a well-established Tier 2 contractor with a strong presence in the construction industry. They are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Regional Director. Projects include Extra Care, High-Rise, Industrial, and Refurbishments, with values up to £50m. Based out of their Birmingham office, occasional travel outside the West Midlands may be required. Senior Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Develop strategic plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Senior Contracts Manager Requirements Extensive experience in contract management within construction, ideally across Extra Care, High-Rise, Industrial, and Refurbishment. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-value projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across various locations when required. Over 5 Years of Experience as a Contracts Manager within a Main Contractor in the commercial sector.
