QHSE Compliance Manager Northamptonshire - Monthly travel in UK Construction £40,000-£50,000 plus car/allowance benefits Shirley Parsons are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary main contractor based in the midlands that excels in the delivery of construction projects on a national scale. This client are developing Quality within the organisation and require a Compliance Manager to support their ISO's and Regulatory Compliance. QHSE Compliance Manager Responsibilities: Carry out regular inspections of the sites to ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and the relevant Statutory Provisions. Conduct regular, thorough assessments to ensure all areas of the business adhere to compliance standards, addressing and rectifying any findings from recent audits. Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective corrective actions to mitigate hazards. Interpret, apply, and stay up to date with Health & Safety legislation relevant to business operations, ensuring continuous compliance and a safety-first culture. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions, ensuring clear and consistent documentation. QHSE Compliance Manager Experience: Experience of working with a Principle Main Contractor (desirable) Well-versed in implementation and maintenance of management systems Excellent Communication Skills ISO Lead Auditor 9001, 14001,45001 preferably Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of construction/H&S knowledge.
