Job Title: Head of Engineering Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 D.O.E (With yearly bonuses) We are partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company seeking a Head of Engineering to lead their development team. Focused on innovation and quality, they deliver high-impact digital solutions across multiple industries. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers across multiple disciplines. Define and implement the company’s technical strategy, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Drive innovation and best practices across engineering teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals. Oversee the design and development of high-performance web and software systems. Maintain and improve development processes, ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions. Manage technical risks and ensure system security and reliability.
