General Manager (Manufacturing), Northwest C£70,000 car and benefits We are working with a successful, niche manufacturer who due to continued growth are seeking to appoint their new General Manager who will play an important role in leading the business through their next stage of development. Reporting into director level you will be responsible for; Assigning weekly performance objectives and assuring their completion Recruit & train high performing employees to achieve operational excellence, achieve sales, profitability, market share and business plan objectives Set policies and processes across the business whilst developing, implementing and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time Effectively delegate responsibilities to employees while enforcing all policies, procedures standards, specifications, guidelines, training programmes and cultural values Ensure that all individual departments are effectively performing in line with their individual and collective organisational goals What we are looking for; Experienced Operations / General Manager with a background from manufacturing background (5 years) Strong business mind and impressive organisational skills with a good general understanding and appreciation of commercials / finance Strong leadership & motivational skills In return you can expect an excellent package including a generous salary and exceptional development opportunities.
