THE FIRM A unique firm in the professional services arena. THE ROLE A Senior Corporate/Company Commercial Lawyer is sought to join an expanding team. This is a role for a pragmatic, diligent, adaptable and versatile lawyer, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and team members. You will be working with a varied client base of owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on matters including; corporate transactional matters (business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs) company matters (shareholders; agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs) commercial matters (commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR) non contentious employment law matters (employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements) ABOUT YOU A Solicitor 5pqe plus in corporate work, you will have the ability to manage transactions independently, paired with strong support for the team and to guide junior members.
