Location: Kraków (hybrid) Contract type: B2B Responsibilities Co-create game concepts — from idea to specification Analyze the market and benchmark existing titles to discover new directions Create production documentation (screenshots, mockups, game flow) Collaborate closely with graphic designers and developers (no team management required) Oversee the production process — ensuring polish, depth, and gameplay quality Evaluate if the game delivers strategic depth and long-term player engagement ✅ Experience and Technical Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in slot/casino games (B2B) Bonus: 1–2 years in mobile or hyper-casual games Ability to create game documentation (mockups, flows, specifications) Deep understanding of subtle gameplay mechanics and player psychology ✅ Personality & Soft Skills “Power user” mindset — understands the hidden depth players love Creative, proactive, and self-driven — suggests original ideas Ability to analyze competing titles and extract key insights Strong communicator with confidence and maturity — a “strong profile” Interested?
