Job Title : HubSpot Developer / CRM Specialist Company : WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd Location : Mohali, India (Mid/Night Shift Preferred) Experience : 5 Years About the Role : WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HubSpot Developer / CRM Specialist to join our growing team in Mohali. In this role, you will be the key driver in customizing, developing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM ecosystem to enhance marketing and sales workflows, drive efficiency, and improve overall business results. You will leverage your deep understanding of HubSpot's functionalities, combined with your coding and automation skills, to build smart, integrated systems that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creating seamless and effective CRM solutions. The role requires availability for mid or night shifts to align with potential international client requirements. Key Responsibilities : - HubSpot CRM Customization and Management : Customize and manage all aspects of our HubSpot CRM, including contact and company properties, deal stages, pipelines, workflows, and user permissions to align with marketing and sales processes. - Custom Development using HubSpot Technologies : Develop custom solutions within the HubSpot platform using HubL (HubSpot's templating language), JavaScript, and HubSpot APIs to extend the platform's capabilities and meet specific business needs. - Automation and Workflow Development : Design, build, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales processes, including lead nurturing, email sequences, task creation, and data synchronization. - Lead Scoring and Qualification : Develop and implement effective lead scoring rules and methodologies within HubSpot to identify and prioritize qualified leads for the sales team. - Smart Forms and Dynamic Content : Create and manage smart forms and implement dynamic content strategies to personalize user experiences and improve lead capture rates. - Pipeline Management and Optimization : Build and optimize sales pipelines within HubSpot to accurately track deals, forecast revenue, and provide valuable insights into the sales process. - Data Integrity and System Performance : Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data within HubSpot. Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and usability. - Integration with Other Systems : Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business-critical systems using HubSpot APIs or third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. - Competitor CRM Analysis and Recommendations : Analyze competitor CRM strategies and implementations to identify best practices and recommend improvements to our own HubSpot setup and processes. - Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements, align CRM strategies with business objectives, and provide ongoing support and training on HubSpot functionalities. - Research and Evaluation of CRM Tools and Agencies : Research and compare various CRM tools, integrations, and potential external agencies to identify opportunities for enhancing our technology stack and improving our CRM capabilities. - Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all HubSpot configurations, custom developments, workflows, and integrations. Generate reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and provide insights to stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience : - HubSpot CRM Expertise : 25 years of hands-on experience working extensively with HubSpot CRM, including configuration, administration, and development. - Strong Coding Skills : Proven ability to write clean and efficient code using HubL, JavaScript, and potentially other relevant scripting languages. - Automation Proficiency : Deep understanding of automation principles and demonstrated experience in building complex workflows within HubSpot. - API Integration Experience : Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating HubSpot with other applications. - Understanding of B2B Sales and Marketing Funnels : Solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels and the ability to translate these concepts into effective CRM configurations and automations. - Knowledge of Customer Journeys : Ability to map and optimize customer journeys within the HubSpot CRM to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Data Management Skills : Experience with data import, export, cleaning, and management within HubSpot. - Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions within the HubSpot environment. - Communication and Collaboration Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Availability for Mid/Night Shifts : Willingness and ability to work in mid or night shifts to align with potential international client requirements. Technical Skills : - HubSpot CRM : Deep understanding of all core HubSpot CRM features and functionalities (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub). - HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) : Proficiency in using HubL for custom template development. - JavaScript : Strong proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting and integrations. - HubSpot APIs : Experience with using HubSpot's CRM, CMS, and Marketing APIs for data manipulation and integrations. - Workflow Automation : Expertise in building and managing complex workflows within HubSpot. - Data Management : Skills in data import, export, cleaning, and validation within HubSpot. - Reporting and Analytics : Ability to create custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key metrics. - Integration Tools (Preferred) : Familiarity with integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io is a plus. Understanding of Business Concepts : - B2B Sales and Marketing Funnels : Comprehensive understanding of the stages and processes involved in B2B sales and marketing. - Customer Journey Mapping : Ability to visualize and optimize the various touchpoints in a customer's interaction with a business. - Lead Scoring and Qualification : Knowledge of different lead scoring models and methodologies. - CRM Best Practices : Understanding of industry best practices for CRM implementation and management. Preferred Skills and Experience (Bonus Points) : - HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot Developer Certification). - Experience with HubSpot CMS development. - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. - Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability. - Experience with database management and SQL. - Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
