About Pepagora : Pepagora is a rapidly growing AI-powered B2B marketplace, transforming global trade for SMEs by enabling seamless digital transactions, intelligent lead generation, and AI-driven product recommendations. We are looking for a Product Owner who can streamline execution, manage the backlog, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver a world-class product experience. Role Overview : The Product Owner will be responsible for managing product execution, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the product roadmap. Working closely with Product Manager, Tech Team, and Business Stakeholders, this role will focus on translating strategic vision into actionable development tasks, managing sprints, and driving the execution of features aligned with business goals You will play a key role in bridging business goals and engineering execution, ensuring that Pepagora continuously evolves with data-driven decisions and market feedback. Key Responsibilities : Execution & Delivery : - Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization and alignment with business goals. - Manage the end-to-end execution of product features, working closely with Product Manager, Tech Lead and UI/UX designer. - Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements, ensuring clarity for the development team. - Ensure smooth sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile development cycles in collaboration with engineering. Agile & Sprint Management : - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to maintain delivery discipline. - Continuously refine, adjust, and reprioritize the backlog based on changing market conditions and user feedback. - Collaborate with engineering, UX and business teams to ensure features are delivered efficiently. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work closely with Product Manager to align execution with product vision and business strategy. - Communicate the development progress, risks and trade-offs to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency. - Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and execution timelines. User-centric Approach & Feature Validation : - Ensure user needs and pain points are incorporated into product development through research, analytics and feedbacks. - Validate new features through user testing, pilot launches, and stakeholder feedback loops. - Track user adoption, and engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar product execution role in a SaaS, Marketplace or E-Commerce Companies. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, backlog management, and sprint execution. - Experience working with development teams, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software products. - Proficiency in writing clear and concise user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria. - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, feature prioritization, and execution strategies. - Ability to analyze product performance, user feedback, and data insights to improve execution. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth coordination between teams. - Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello or Asana for backlog management and sprint tracking.
