You will not only support our Scrum team through coaching and mentoring, but also actively promote the application and continuous improvement of our Scrum practices. Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in the application and further development of the Scrum process Planning and execution of Scrum events such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews. Promoting the continuous development of the team through training and workshops in Scrum methodology Identifying and removing obstacles that affect the team's productivity Strengthening team dynamics and promoting a self-organized approach to increase efficiency.
