Communication Assistant - Digital Publishing Team

We are looking for a Communication Assistant to join the EFSA Digital Publishing Team (in the Communication Unit). Responsibilities: Support senior officers in processing web publishing requests; Collect and analyse web analytics and data; Prepare user testing activities; Collect and manage requirements for migration of scientific publishing tools. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); At least 1 year of relevant working experience in communication departments within international organisations; Understanding of web publishing, technologies (CMS), and design, foundations of usability for web and mobile, web analytics; Quantitative and qualitative analysis of user's behaviour on digital platforms is an asset; Proficiency in IT tools (Office software); Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, priority setting and planning. Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 24 months. Salary: approx. €2233 per month before taxes. Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days. Please provide an English Europass template CV.
