Project Manager - Highway ConstructionA leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a major highway construction project. What You'll Do: Lead and manage all aspects of the highway project, ensuring its successful execution within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, coordinating activities with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders. Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, fostering collaborative relationships and addressing concerns. Oversee the implementation of strict safety protocols and procedures for all construction activities. Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or cost overruns. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and as-built drawings, providing comprehensive records of the project's progress and outcomes. What We Need: Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale highway or road construction projects. A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations relevant to highway works. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results under pressure.
