Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Plymouth. In this role, you’ll manage all costs related to new-build residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered with exceptional value for money while maintaining high standards of quality. What would be some of your responsibilities? Overseeing project costs and maintaining accurate records. Preparing and managing tender packages, subcontract orders, and valuations. Collaborating closely with technical, sales, and build teams to deliver optimal outcomes. Monitoring and reporting on financial performance across projects. What’s in it for you? HNC/HND in Surveying or equivalent. Proven experience as a PQS/SQS/Commercial Lead within residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and legal obligations.
