Project Manager & Service Engineer - Frequent Travels

For an important client in the automation field we are looking for a: PROJECT MANAGER & SERVICE ENGINEER The role involves preparing, installing, and maintaining filling equipment at customer sites while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This includes initiating, organizing, and managing projects related to the sale, installation, and after-sales service of the automatic lines developed and marketed by the department. The individual is responsible for all project phases, from translating customer needs into functional and technical specifications to production, installation, and final site acceptance. Key Competencies: Studies in fields of electromechanics and automation are required. Skills in automation (e.g. Unity Pro- Step7 – TIA Porta V13/14/15/16…). Knows how to manage time effectively to optimize on-field customers interventions. Effectively manages the projects by optimizing all resources and minimizing costs. Pro-active by proposing technical improvements. Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems with a hands-on mentality. Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative and multinational environment. Team player, ability to take initiatives and collaborate with a wide stakeholder base. Service oriented. Available to frequent travels in Italy and abroad (3/4 days per week). Fluent in English.
