HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Auto offer position Lutheran Hospital RN / CVIC unit that's Tele specific for Progressive Care Shift: Days 5a-5p , Required to work every other weekend. Bill rate : $85 Length: 13 weeks RTO blackout dates: no RTO holiday weeks, if not assigned holiday must work day before or day after Max amount of RTO: if full week requested off, then time will be added to contract to make a full Scope of role: All CVIC nurses rotate between ICU and stepdown Patio Ratio: 2:1 ICU and 4:1 Stepdown Required years of experience: 2 years ICU experience, CVIC preferred Certifications required: BLS & ACLS Required skills: Invasive line monitoring, central lines, ventilators, chest tubes, vasoactive drips, bedside procedures Approved orientation dates: Must start on Monday of pay period start 4/14/25 and every two weeks thereafter Float requirements: other ICUs Number of beds in unit: 42 total, 22 ICU, 20 Stepdown Dept scrub color: Navy Blue EMR used: Cerner TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED Healthtrust Workforce Solutions CHS Job ID 6-917097.
