Contracts Manager

Are you a driven Contracts Manager interested in taking the lead on several design and build residential & affordable housing projects for a successful North West region? Reporting to a Construction Director, you will take the operational lead of multiple design and build residential projects. You will be responsible for the full operational management of a multi-disciplinary team across several projects within the region. Due to massive growth, this leading developer can offer a healthy forward order book of planned & pipeline secured projects with excellent career stability & career development opportunities over the coming years. Experience / Qualifications Required: Proven track record of managing multiple housing projects with a housing developer or main contractor that specialise in design and build housebuilding contracts for social & private landlords. Trade background or academically qualified either BSC / HND or equivalent with relevant industry certificates & professional membership. Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk. Excellent record of health & safety, build quality & customer service skills. Effective man management skills with the ability to lead a team and manage supply chain & subcontractor relationships. Salary & Package on offer: £85,000 to £90,000 base car allowance 20% bonus Excellent employer pension contribution 26 days holiday bank holidays Good additional company benefits & perks
