Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Temp to cover the role of Procurement Support or Procurement Administrator for the interim period April 21st to May 31st. The person would be based at our clients’ offices located on the outskirts of Stamford, so you will need your own transport. This is a full time role paying £15.85ph working full time from Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm. Your main role will be to progress purchase requisitions to Purchase Orders you will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of all purchasing requirements. Duties will include: Admin support i.e. typing on Purchase Orders, updating relevant spread sheets Liaising with supply chain on a daily basis Placing Purchase Orders Chasing suppliers to achieve On Time Delivery To assist Purchasing Manager to procure materials Key skills: Admin experience Good Excel Team player Own transport - my Client is based in a rural location Available for 21st April start Short listing will begin immediately.
