Repairs Administrator Thurmaston Permanent £12.21 per hour 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday Benefits of the Repairs Administrator role: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, and free on-site car parking. About the Role: Our client is looking for a Repairs Administrator to support their maintenance team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all records are up to date. You’ll be the key link between tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Managing and logging maintenance requests efficiently Coordinating with contractors to schedule repairs and services Keeping accurate records and updating systems regularly Processing invoices and monitoring maintenance budgets Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Providing excellent customer service and support What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience as a Repairs Administrator, Facilities Management or similar role (preferred but not essential) If you are a motivated individual looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
