Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Do you have a strong background in a range of commercial mechanical plant maintenance? Are you happy working on preventative and some reactive maintenance? Are you happy travelling across the Southeast? Key Skills & Experience • Ability to undertake commercial maintenance, associated pipefitting and plumbing • Understanding and ability to work on commercial plant items such as pumps, pressurisation units, Valves, FCU's, Water Heaters and water tanks (higher bore) • Able to undertake Preventative maintenance by performing regular inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems. • 10 Years minimum of plumbing / Mechanical experience within a commercial setting. • Basic knowledge of BMS systems (desirable) • Good knowledge of building and water regulations • Compliance with codes and ensuring installations adhere to regulations. • Mobile, travelling daily to different locations carrying out PPMs & repairs to commercial and small amount basic equipment such as toilets / taps (small bore) Details OT available Van and fuel card provided (not tracked) uniform and safety wear provided all equipment for testing provided training opportunities paperless reporting systems career development Qualifications (not all essential) • City & Guilds 6189 • City & Guilds 6035 • City & Guilds level 2 NVQ or equivalent • NVQ level 3 plumbing qualification • Level 2/3 in plumbing and domestic heating (desirable) • F Gas Level 1 (desirable only) Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
