The Role: Play a vital role in bringing new products to market. The role will focus on both the product and process development, including developing all relevant technical documentation. Using Solidworks, you will be responsible for both NPI and also modifying existing designs. You will be project managing and creating new designs, communicating with the key stakeholders, and supporting departmental knowledge and skill dissemination. You will also be supporting the validation and verification of designs and associated documentation. The Candidate: Experience in a High precision outfit, industries such as Aeropsace, Automotive and Motorsport are of particular interest. Solidworks experience BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent. Knowledge of Mechanical Design of Rotating Equipment Knowledgeable with problem solving techniques (e.g. 6 Sigma, 8D).
