General Foreman

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who work heavily across the UK delivering schemes within the energy sector. My client is looking to onboard a general foreman to help deliver a new renewable energy project being delivered in Cornwall. General foreman responsibilities: Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. Managing plant, labour and materials. Detailed record keeping. Allocation sheets. Managing health and safety. Putting labour to work. Task briefings. Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site. Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to RAMS and program. General foreman requirements: Right to work in the UK. CSCS card - Gold/ Black or white. SMSTS. First aid. Lifting ops. NSI 6&8 Competent persons. Previous experience within a general foreman position. Previous experience working on a substation, solar farm or wind farm. Full UK driving licence.
