Experienced construction estimator – capable of take-offs, package prep, normalisation and recommendations Main contracting background 10 years of relevant experience Cut and carve, civils, structural, envelope and refurb project experience Sectors (ideally) – healthcare, commercial, technology, light industrial/manufacturing/production i.e. motorsport D&B understating and experience/risk management Project values range £1m-£15m, typically £3m WFH Good communicator – ideally with supply chain relationships in the region
