A leading Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy solutions specialist is looking for a talented BMS Project Manager to join their team in Leeds. As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple BMS projects from inception to completion. You will oversee project cost management, resource allocation, technical design approvals, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Manage the full cost and budget of allocated BMS projects. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and ISO procedures & policies. Produce and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and project reports. Attend and lead site progress meetings and project review sessions. Prepare and submit project variations, interim applications for payment, and final account agreements. Collaborate with the estimating and sales teams on technical and commercial matters. Develop and maintain a project programme of works. Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and cost-to-complete (C2C) reports. Procure BMS components, including control items and valve sizing. Approve control panel designs and oversee technical submissions. Oversee and coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors. Conduct BMS design work, including commissioning documentation and witnessing packs. Ensure compliance with company quality management procedures. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment. Ensure all project-related documentation is stored securely upon completion. Skills & Experience: Experience in project management within the BMS or HVAC sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Technical expertise in BMS systems and HVAC controls. Commercial awareness with experience in budget control. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional organisation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
