Restaurant and Events Supervisor Golf and Leisure Resort Cobham £30k Nurturing/ In House Development Culture Free Parking/ Employee Discounts and Quarterly Performance Bonus The Client Our client a stunning 18 hole golf course, popular local restauant and bar and reputable event space are currently looking to recruit a Duty Manager/ Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to manage a busy 7 day business. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager on Duty. Responsibilities The ideal Restaurant and Bar Supervisor/ Duty Manager will exhibit excellent/ strong customer service skills, they should have experience in opening and closing a business, cashing up and in the running/ management of a samll team of up to 7-9 on shift. Barista training will also be an advantage. Hours: Your hours will be based on a 48hr contract 5/7 day basis.
