German Speaking Exam Invigilators Location: Across London (North, South, West, East, and Central London) Salary: Competitive Exam Invigilator Rates Contract Type: Casual/Temporary Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are currently seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support schools across London during exam periods. We are looking for an individual fluent in reading and speaking German and another in Punjabi. This is a flexible, casual role that involves overseeing exams and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and fairly. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the exam process and ensuring a calm, supportive environment for students during their exams. Key Responsibilities: Invigilate exams in accordance with exam board and school guidelines. Ensure that exam rooms are set up and students are settled before the start of each exam. Monitor students during exams to prevent any cheating or misconduct. Handle any incidents or irregularities according to the school’s policies. Ensure that all exam paperwork is completed correctly and securely. Provide support to students as necessary while maintaining a professional, calm, and focused atmosphere. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as an exam invigilator is desirable but not essential (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage students in an exam setting. A professional, calm, and respectful manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) is required for the role.
