Site Manager Decarbonisation Works

The Site Manager will be working for a maintenance contractor, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a decarbonisation project in and around the York area on behalf of a local housing provider. Client Details Our client is a rapidly expanding contractor in the Housing Sector specialising in the refurbishment and decarbonisation of social housing stock. Description Manage and oversee site team delivering social housing decarbonisation works. Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep works on track. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors. Profile Proven experience in decarbonisation works within Social Housing.
