Administrator – Sheffield S35 – c£20.5k £22k – Immediate start – Early salary review Ash Consulting are working with a growing engineering and installations company based in Chapeltown who are currently looking to recruit an experienced all round Office Administrator to work 5 days a week ,ideally 9am to 5pm but with some flexibility. In this role you will be working with a small admin and customer support team in a varied role which will include the following duties; - Answering the telephone, directing calls as needed, taking messages - Liaising with factory and site staff to ensure smooth transition between the teams - Booking Transport and Couriers to move parts - Arranging movement of parts around the shop floor to other departments - Liaising with customers and suppliers chasing up as needed - Going in and out of the office/warehouse - Checking Stock - Ensuring the correct dispatch process has been followed, and products are in the correct location - General administration / office duties. - Maintain in house computer systems with up-to-date stock levels. - Ad hoc duties to support the office support team.
