What We’re Looking For: We need someone who thrives on the detail and brings both accuracy and commercial insight to every tender return. You’ll work alongside our bid and pre-construction team to deliver competitive, well-structured pricing that reflects current market conditions and best value principles. Key Skills & Responsibilities: ✔️ Accurate measurement and take-offs from drawings and specs ✔️ Strong understanding of construction methods, prelims, and sequencing ✔️ Analytical mindset to review subcontractor quotes and assess risk/value ✔️ First principles pricing with clear logic and structure ✔️ Collaborative approach – working with estimators, design teams, and Directors ✔️ Familiar with public sector tendering and pricing models (NRM/SMM7, JCT/NEC)
