Quantity Surveyor – Wales The Company A reinforced concrete subcontractor specialist with over 20 years of experience, delivering a diverse range of construction projects including concrete frames, bridge structures, retaining walls and radius tanks. They have a current turnover of circa £25m and work on schemes up to £7m across Wales and into Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire. The Role Procuring and managing trade packages. Providing weekly commercial reports and updates. Conducting cash flow forecasting. Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts. Attending weekly design and progress meetings Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes when necessary. The Requirements You must have a commercial degree – Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management At least 5 years RC Frame experience Strong communication skills and highly motivated to continually develop career The Benefits Opportunity to work with a progressive subcontractor Excellent salary and package
