Electrical Supervisor Location: Oxford Salary: £55,000 Benefits Industry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Contracting We are working with one of the UK's largest MEP contractors, known for delivering high-profile projects with major clients such as MACE, Structuretone, and Wates Group. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team based in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installations on large-scale projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations on-site. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are resolved efficiently. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of electrical teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within MEP contracting. Strong knowledge of electrical installation systems and safety regulations. Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems on-site. Previous experience in commercial or industrial projects is preferred. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
