They are looking for an experienced Project Support Coordinator who has worked with similar products (fire / windows / doors / health and safety / construction etc), to help manage projects through the sales process; following the projects through from qualification to order. Project Support Coordinator – Duties: Following projects through from qualification to order using the phone, email, LinkedIn and other tools. Updating quotation schedules as requested by customers throughout the sales process. Discussing products and answering questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. Project Support Coordinator – Requirements: Experience of working with similar products (construction / fire / windows / doors / health and safety etc). Experience of supporting projects / pre-sales, sales or upselling. Experience of utilising a CRM and Excel. An excellent telephone manner and the relevant skills for proactive telephone prospecting, selling, appointment booking and negotiation Product Sales - Understand how to upsell products on jobs handed over, where there is potential to offer optional extras.
