Multi Trader – Social Housing Projects Location: Grays, Essex Rate: Competitive | 40 hours per week potential overtime Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp with potential for permanent role) We’re currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a long-term Social Housing project based in Grays, covering a radius of up to 10 miles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent role after 12 weeks. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, and Kitchen/Bathroom Fitting Work across occupied and void properties Travel to various sites within a 10-mile radius of Grays Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and customer care Requirements: Proven experience in a Multi Trade role (especially in Social Housing) Skilled in Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, Kitchen and Bathroom installations Own tools and transport are essential Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites What’s on Offer: 40 hours per week potential overtime Ongoing work with potential to go permanent after 12 weeks Supportive team and structured projects Weekly pay (while temp) If your interested, please apply below and Aimee will discuss regarding the Job Role
