Job Description

Job Tasks: Coordinating the work of L2 support and providing them with substantive support when they are unable to resolve issues independently. Addressing and resolving complex client inquiries through primary support channels. Managing assigned cases to deliver the most effective solutions tailored to client needs. Analyzing the root causes of issues using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, application logs, and monitoring systems. Utilizing technical documentation and helping expand internal knowledge base content where necessary. Creating regular reports to monitor platform performance and quality. Assisting in developing technical documentation and enriching the internal knowledge base. Requirements: Previous experience as a Team Leader. Previous experience in technical support or a similar technical field, ideally with exposure to B2B and SaaS products. Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs. Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting web and mobile applications. Familiarity with Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM). English C1.
