We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the team. Our team consists of experts in process automation from various professional backgrounds. As a team we own Beiersdorf’s automation, task orchestration and RPA platforms. We are part of Beiersdorf’s AI & Automation organization. Your responsibilities Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements Engage with internal users to understand their needs, model business processes and design automation solutions Implement automation solutions on our automation platforms (e.g. RPA, no/ low code) and collaborate with developers from the applications and AI teams Via reviews and pair-programming with fellow developers you ensure high quality of our code, documentation and compliance with our best practices Drive adoption of Citizen Development on our automation platforms, i.e. be active in our automation communities and support business Citizen Developers on their projects Our requirements Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field Experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.) Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services Experience with Service Portal, Customized Workspaces Good knowledge of general process automation concepts: BPM, RPA, hyperautomation Extensive work experience with ServiceNow, especially App Engine and Employee Center are a must Strong tech foundations including relational databases and working with APIs Written and spoken English Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn This is how we organize our work This is how we work in house What we offer Contract of employment Flexible ⏲ working hours - between 07:30 and 09:30.
