Digital and Technology Lead Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Accountable for the E2E UniOps plan for the market or country that cuts across business units and products Runs cross-Business Units prioritisation forum with the Business Units CDIOs for the region, to align on the plan Lead for business deployment of products in national or country scope, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery Manages business deployment, optimises performance and mitigates risks Act as first point of contact / support for UniOps in the focus market, especially where limited BU roles are present Ensures operational continuity Accountable for local incident/crisis management, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, customer, other Ensures products receive feedback from market / country stakeholders and advocates for user centricity Oversees the integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
