Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for ensuring financial health, optimizing profitability, and supporting our global expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep financial expertise in digital businesses, experience with B2C models, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style. Responsibilities Lead all financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis efforts across the company. Lead and scale the Finance department towards operational and managerial excellence. Design and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and procedures to support international growth. Drive budgeting processes and guide key business decisions with actionable financial insights. Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives, including M&A and capital raising. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements across multiple countries. Develop performance dashboards and track KPIs such as unit economics, LTV/CAC, churn, and profitability. Build strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth digital or tech environment. Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary finance teams. Strong understanding of B2C business models, ideally in e-commerce or other recurring revenue business models. Experience operating in international contexts with cross-border financial, tax, and legal considerations. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach Fluency in English and Spanish. CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
