SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Consultant Location : Paris, France (2/3 days a week in person) Contract : 12 Months Start : ASAP Key Skills: SAP | Data Migration | ADMM | Data Modeling | ETL | Data Governance | Data Quality | S/4 HANA Responsibilities: Contribute to the implementation and coordination of data migration strategies for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system requirements. Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure seamless data migration. Oversee the development of data governance policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices for data integrity, security, and quality. Work closely with business stakeholders (Branches, Affiliates, and HQ) and IT teams (Integrators and Support partners) to understand data requirements and create data mapping, profiling, and quality frameworks. Contribute to data validation and testing efforts, ensuring successful data migration and minimal system downtime. Provide support for data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities during the migration process. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure data is mapped correctly to the new SAP S/4 HANA structures. Requirements SAP (SAP S/4 HANA implementation and migration experience) Data Modeling (Data mapping, data transformation, and architecture design) ADMM (Advanced Data Management and Migration expertise) Data Migration (Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data quality frameworks) Fluency in English (both written and oral) is essential.
