SAP PP Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an SAP Business Analyst to work on a project with an Industrial company, based in Nantes, Saint-Herblain. Context: The client is looking for a talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team of an international group specializing in chemical products for the construction and industrial sectors. The goal is to optimize processes and technology integration to improve demand management and planning. Main Responsibilities: Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems related to SAP PP Demand Management. Assess the current state, identify client needs, and define future solutions. Conduct in-depth data analyses to accurately forecast demand. Develop strategies to optimize demand management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements. Organize and lead project meetings, providing strategic recommendations. Ensure decision-making within the team and contribute to overall decisions. Provide solutions to problems encountered by the team and related teams. Required Skills: Advanced expertise in SAP PP Demand Management. Advanced skills in project and program management. Experience in demand forecasting and trend analysis. Proficiency in SAP IBP for Supply & Response. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. Preferred Skills: Experience in the chemical, construction, or heavy industry sectors. Good understanding of demand planning and supply processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead project meetings. Experience with other SAP modules related to the supply chain.
